of Mountain Crystal Bernese Mountain Dog Kennel!
My name is Katalin Hugai. I live with my bernese mountain
dogs in the little village of Hort, situated in the valley
of the Mátra which is one of Hungary’s beautiful mountains.
I was born with the flavour of loving and taking care of
animals. In our family there always had been pets of whom I
was already able to take care as a child.
I was keeping persian cats more than 10 years long and I was
breeding them as well.
After we had managed to build a house
my dream cuold come true to become a proud owner of a dog of
great size. The choice of the species was unconscious that
time. I was thumbing magazines and came to the photo of a
bernese mountain dog puppy.I am the lover and a devoted fan
of this dog from that moment. In March of 2002 arrived Sába
(Liget-bérci Róza) who is the daughter of Wekerlei Joker and
turned my life upside down.:-) It turned out soon that the
bernese was a perfect choice for me!I started to visit dog
training schools and exhibitions and learned how I can
achieve the trust and cooperation of my dogs by love and
kind words.
One
of the greatest miracle is when bernese mountain dog puppies
arrive at the family!
In April of 2005 Sába gave birth to 7 puppies. From this
litter stem Kimba and Kora who make our days more happy and
stirring by their cleverness and faith. In the course of
time I created a picture of the perfect bernese mountain dog
and I make efforts to sustain or improve these good
properties of reputation and character in my puppies. In the
winter of 2009 I established the kennel name of Mountain
Crystal and meanwhile I bought a beautiful dog of strong
bones and fantastic character. She is No-Fly Zone della
Torre d’ Ovarda (Cherry). Cherry adapted herself to the
family soon and has become a wonderful young lady since then.
Lately Kora made my other dream come true and today we are
breeding puppies together from an amazing Italian bernese
mountain dog male:

I put great emphasis on proper feed,
attendance, genetical inspection and satisfaction of need to
activity so that I will be able to provide them long,
healthy and happy life.
For me, dogs are partners and members
of family. They do not live in kennels but free in the yard
and in the house that way learning the required behavior of
living together in harmony. I only breed puppies from such
precisely planned pairings about which I am sure that it is
a perfect choice from every aspect and it is worth to keep
at least one puppy from it for myself.
After the age of 9 weeks can the puppies move to their new
loving families with whom we keep in touch.
My substantial requirement is that new
owners inform me about the health, growth of the puppies so
that I can follow their life and in case of need I will be
able to help.
I thank those of my friends and acquaitances for the
support who help me in everydays so that I can devote myself
to my passion for dogs.
